Cartier Queen's Cup 2021

The Guards Club's leading tournament, featuring the sport's top players from around the world and their impressive ponies. Played over three thrilling weeks. delivering fast-paced and breath-taking polo with every chukka. Sponsored by Cartier since 2012, this generous sponsorship ensures that finals day delivers panache and style off the field too.

The trophy was first presented to the Club by HM The Queen in 1960 and has witnessed an array of polo's finest over the past six decades, including HRH The Prince of Wales, add their name to this coveted, world-class tournament.

This year, 2021 an incredible 15 teams have entered the tournament, including some of the world's greatest players. This includes a cohort of 10-goalers - Adolfo Cambiaso Senior (Scone Polo), Facundo Pieres (Park Place), Hilario Ulloa (King Power) and Juan Martin Nero (BP Polo).

With covid restrictions relaxing Mosimann's and Guards Polo Club look forward to welcoming Members back to their social distanced grandstands and Clubhouse for the early stages of the tournament. if the rules are completely relaxed they will then open their doors to non-members for the Cartier Queen's Cup Semi-Finals on Wednesday 23 June and the finals on Sunday 27 June.
